About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects across various commodities and countries, ensuring compliance with our Major Projects Process and Engineering Team standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design projects to meet stakeholder requirements for the Major Projects pipeline.
- Apply Safety in Design (SiD) principles to ensure safe execution, operation, and disposal, following our Major Projects safety roadmap.
- Coordinate between Major Projects Studies, Execution, Asset Operations teams, ESP, supply vendors, and construction contractors.
- Manage project lifecycle from concept to closeout for smooth and effective design delivery.
- Complete assigned project tasks safely, on time, and to asset and quality standards.
About You
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Significant experience in a similar engineering role within heavy industry, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge gained in mineral processing, with a focus on hydrometallurgy.
- Familiarity with operating facilities, mines, or other major industrial projects.
- Proven ability in developing project and engineering deliverables.
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and promote collaboration within an organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in relevant discipline such as Process, Chemical, Metallurgy Engineering, or Chemistry.
