Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our mobile workforce community. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retailers and supermarkets, negotiating promotional space, building and maintaining quality displays in store, and executing planograms accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
  • Negotiate and secure promotional space to meet client objectives
  • Build and maintain visually appealing and well-organized displays in store
  • Execute planograms accurately and efficiently
  • Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet
  • Represent the organization and clients positively and professionally
Requirements
  • Previous retail or supermarket experience is highly desirable
  • A current driver's license and vehicle
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a role that is physical and repetitive
