Position Overview

As a key member of the Xplor Education Vertical, the Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform. This role is based in Melbourne and focuses on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the post-sales journey for clients, utilizing strong product expertise and relationship management skills.
  • Serve as a reliable consultant for both new and existing clients, assisting them in the effective implementation and utilization of the comprehensive Xplor product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Account Executives to facilitate a smooth handover to the post-sales team.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from the onboarding phase to customer support once services are operational.
  • Coordinate with the data management team to facilitate data migration from existing systems during the onboarding process.
  • Manage project timelines and schedules to align with client launch dates.
  • Provide technical support to ensure clients can successfully navigate the system.
  • Deliver training to clients throughout the onboarding process and maintain comprehensive training documentation.
  • Proactively reach out to assigned clients regarding product updates or known issues.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation capacity, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing onboarding processes, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a confident and attentive communication style.
  • Capability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Must possess Australian citizenship or valid work eligibility documentation.
