Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Regional Victoria. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education programs to children.

Job Description:

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for children. You will work closely with your team to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs.

You will have passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.

Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.

Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.

Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.

Requirements:

  • Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
