Empowering Customer Connections

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Samsung brand to customers in order to increase awareness of its features and benefits in order to generate sales opportunities and build customer preference. Your objective is to maintain, grow and achieve sales by delivering tailored demonstrations of Samsung products to customers in retailer stores.

You are also responsible for growing and strengthening relationships with retailers' staff while in store by going above and beyond to help them meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products by demonstration and instruction.
  • Merchandise - set up in-store displays, including POS merchandising.
  • Build close relationships with all store managers to ensure high levels of customer service to stores through management and communication.
  • Maintain activity records, audit checks and report on all phases of sales and competitor activity in accordance to management requirements and company procedures.
  • Achieve set targets for sales and compliance.

About You

  • Be available for full-day training on a Thursday.
  • Be available for the full program on an ongoing basis.
  • Applicants must be available to work weekends and late nights.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Prior demonstrator experience is an advantage.
  • Be passionate about the Samsung brand to promote and sell products.
  • Have proven and successful experience at developing relationships.
  • Display team player attributes and excellent communication skills.
