Job Title: Strategic Product Designer

Constantinople is a cutting-edge software and operational platform for banks. It provides cloud-native infrastructure to host and manage customers, along with a comprehensive suite of banking products.

The state-of-the-art platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure and manual processes, enabling clients to focus on customers and business growth.

The Role

We seek an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our cross-functional team. The successful candidate will understand customer needs, design, build, and test strategic solutions that drive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Testing and validating working hypotheses through usability testing, wireframes, prototypes, and published products.
  • Participating in design critique and collaborating with teams to balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.
  • Creating effective handover materials that communicate design intent and behavior throughout interaction flows and journeys.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in user-centric design methods and best practices.
  • Strong problem definition and articulation skills, challenging assumptions and 'pre-set' thinking around solutions.
  • Natural collaboration skills, ensuring proposed solutions balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.
  • High-quality visual and interaction design skills, with a high bar for quality and craft.
  • Autonomy and resilience in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ideal candidates have relevant product design experience (SaaS or FinTech).
