We are looking for a skilled Safety and Health Advisor to join our team. As a Safety and Health Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing health risk management processes, coordinating site surveys, and developing occupational hygiene monitoring plans.

This is a specialist role that requires technical expertise in occupational hygiene. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health risk management and will be able to work closely with frontline and operational teams to deliver clear, practical health and hygiene guidance.

  • Implement health risk management processes to identify, assess, and control biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic, and psychosocial hazards.

  • Coordinate site surveys and compliance programs such as noise assessments, asbestos management, potable water testing, radiation monitoring, and airborne contaminants.

  • Develop and oversee occupational hygiene monitoring plans.

  • Work closely with frontline and operational teams to deliver clear, practical health and hygiene guidance.

  • Conduct data analysis of monitoring results, health events, and surveys to identify trends and inform improvements.

  • Stay informed on emerging health and hygiene risks through industry engagement and continuous learning.

  • Mentor and support health and safety advisors on hygiene-related matters.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hygiene systems and practices across the organisation.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree-qualified in Occupational Hygiene or a closely related discipline.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience is required.

  • Background in the resources sector is essential; experience in oil and gas will be highly regarded.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at various levels.
