Senior Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in line with operational policies.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced industry. They will have a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in line with operational policies.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
