Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts and their distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share in targeted key accounts.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and decision-makers at the executive level.
- Market Insights: Gain deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and Training, to plan and execute brand strategy.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct strategic negotiations with key account decision-makers and stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a nutrition, health, or science-based industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a relevant field.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
