Seasonal Casual Role Opportunity

This is a seasonal casual team member position at Reebok. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver warm, engaging customer service that leaves a lasting impression on every customer interaction.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products by utilizing your product knowledge and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Drive sales through confident product knowledge and proactive approach to upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering open communication, collaboration, and respect among colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Flexible availability from September 2025 through February 2026, including weekends and late nights.
  • Reliability, positivity, and a willingness to help others are essential qualities for this role.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Bonus points if you have previous retail or customer service experience, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
