### Job Description

#### Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Injury Specialist / Rehabilitation Consultant at WorkFocus Australia, you will play a vital role in assisting injured employees return to the workforce. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and strategies to overcome these for psychological conditions, with some physical conditions
* Designing, implementing, and reviewing programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
* Providing job seeking and advocating for clients towards successful employment outcomes
* Providing specialist mental injury case management and intervention on primary or secondary psychological claims

#### Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* An Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Appropriate professional registration
* A willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
* The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
* A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
