About the Role:

  • Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandise Support Specialist to join our busy store environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers, including local farmers, primary producers, and trade partners.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries.
  • Processing counter sales.
  • Maintaining safety procedures.
  • Supporting merchandise campaigns.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.

About You:

  • Prior experience in a support role within a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • A passion for Australian farming and agriculture is a must.
  • Knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise is desirable.
