Restructuring Accounting Manager

Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Restructuring Accounting Manager to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies for clients, overseeing engagement teams and managing multiple workstreams.
- Analyse and understand the performance and position of clients' businesses, providing expert financial analysis and advice.
- Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication.
- Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence, showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters, demonstrating your expertise in financial analysis and problem-solving.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Participate in coaching and mentoring, enhancing your learning and development, as well as that of our team.
- 3-6 years of experience in managing professional restructuring cases.
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field.
- CA qualified or the equivalent.
- Driven to deliver high-quality client service, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial solid analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
