About the Role

We are seeking a Category Management Expert to join our team, responsible for curating ranges and product architecture in line with Category Strategy. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Category Management Expert, you will partner with group sourcing and graphic packaging design teams to maximise own-brand offers and grow customer advocacy. You will also manage key strategic initiatives, deliver targets on sales growth, profitability, and market share, and build and manage an effective end-to-end promotional program.

About You

  • You have previous experience in category management or buying in homewares, with a focus on project management across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
  • You possess strong commercial and business acumen, as well as analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  • You can demonstrate your ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about designing and delivering great customer experiences and desire to work in a rapidly evolving purpose-led digital retailer enabled by a great store network.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
