**Retail Sales Associate**

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Westfield Knox, Melbourne.

This part-time role requires strong retail sales or customer service skills with a proven track record of success.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to customers
  • Execute customer service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Process merchandise deliveries and replenish merchandising fixtures to maintain inventory levels
  • Represent the brand and its values by promoting products and services to customers
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement.

You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
