Job Description

This role involves providing support to the infrastructure branch in maintaining and distributing complex documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, archiving and reporting on infrastructure information across all campuses.

This position is an exciting opportunity to develop sound skills and experience in a wide range of infrastructure related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrated Experience:
  • Records management databases and digital archival systems.
  • AutoCAD integration with drawings and data.
  • Producing specific data sets such as space measurements (GBA/GFA/NLA).
  • Extracting data and producing reports to satisfy stakeholder requirements.
  • Coordinating and procuring data from space audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
