Job Title

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Participation Coordinator. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports development and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of the sport and its various programs.

About the Role:

The Participation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of various AFL programs, including NAB AFL Auskick and Superkick. This will involve working closely with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders to increase participation in these programs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of staff to deliver these programs, as well as supporting ongoing training and education for casual staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of AFL programs, including NAB AFL Auskick and Superkick
  • Work with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders to increase participation in AFL programs
  • Recruit and manage a team of staff to deliver AFL programs
  • Support ongoing training and education for casual staff

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role or field
  • Strong administration skills, including experience with Microsoft software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
