We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge and Car Park services.

Some of your duties as a Services Team Member will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periods
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Confidence in assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • A valid driver's license (Manual or Auto) to operate a company vehicle

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our destinations. The role runs from September to February, with shifts based on business needs.
