About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mowing Crew Leader to join our team at Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd. As a Mowing Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team in maintaining the city's open spaces, parks, and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain lawns to the highest standard using various equipment, including push mowers, ride-on mowers, line trimmers, lawn edgers, and leaf blowers.
  • Perform lawn renovations, including top-dressing, oversewing, broadleaf herbicide spraying, and fertilizing.
  • Use software to follow a schedule and sign-off completed works.
  • Lead and train a small team to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support a positive team culture and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a horticulture or turf maintenance role.
  • Cert 3 in Horticulture or equivalent (desirable).
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
  • Knowledge of herbicide application techniques (desirable).
  • Traffic Management experience (desirable).
  • Cert 3 Chemical User.
  • Disease and Pest Control Identification Certificate (desirable).
  • Working With Children Card.
  • Strong team player with a motivated and focused attitude.
