Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Manager to oversee overnight operations at our hotel. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and reconciling daily financial transactions, ensuring accounts are accurate and compliant with policies.

The role involves night shifts from 11 pm to 7 am on a rotating roster. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong financial and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit comprehensive daily revenue postings and make necessary adjustments for reporting accuracy.
  • Support the Front Office team and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain property safety and security during overnight operations.
  • Prepare departure paperwork, including credit card and company charges, for the accounts department.
  • Process management accounts as required.

About You:

  • Experience with PMS software.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with high grooming standards.
  • Strong financial literacy and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and emergency protocols.
