About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator who is ready to step into a leadership role. You should thrive in a collaborative setting and have a strong understanding of infant development and the unique needs of this age group.

You will have:

  1. A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  2. Proven experience working in a nursery room, ideally in a leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide your team.
  5. Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certificates.
  6. A valid Working with Children Check.
