The Junior Delivery Business Analyst and Tester is a key role within the Subscriber Experience & Delivery team.

This entry-level position requires a technically-minded individual with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning about project go-to-market processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project execution to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making.
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, and create documentation.
  • Perform testing activities, including UAT, PVT, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
  • Raise defects, validate fixes, and confirm changes prior to deployment.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years experience in business or process analysis.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM systems and processes, preferably with Salesforce experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
