The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in governance, policy, or a related field, along with extensive experience in governance, policy, and procurement in local government. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are also essential.

This role offers an attractive remuneration package from $168,170.11 to $186,439.44, plus 11.5% superannuation. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, 14 weeks paid parental leave, access to Long Service Leave after 5 years, and a range of health and wellbeing programs.
