Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to incoming reservations calls, emails, and enquiries from guests, travel agents, and corporate companies regarding accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in reception/front desk/reservations or a hospitality supervisor role. While not essential, previous experience with the Opera Cloud system will be highly regarded.

You will process all reservations, cancellations, and amendments to bookings, communicate guest special requests to relevant teams throughout the hotel, and assist in investigations and resolutions of guest complaints.

Your responsibilities will also include being an expert on hotel rooms, room rates, and packages available, upselling when possible, and assisting Group Reservations and Reception when required.

You will provide F&B service, from Breakfast to Room Service, and enjoy benefits such as 50% off stays at EVT hotels, movie tickets, and discounts at Thredbo.
