**Job Title:** Principal Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced principal designer to lead our design team in delivering high-quality residential projects from concept through to construction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results
  • Prepare detailed construction documentation using Revit software
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and builders to resolve design and technical challenges
  • Participate in site visits and contract administration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Architect (or experienced Architectural Technician) with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Advanced Revit proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience delivering residential projects in Australia
  • Solid knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
