At Nick Scali, we're seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in New South Wales. This exciting role involves traveling to our showrooms to implement our merchandising standards, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of our stores.



About the Role

This hands-on position requires a passionate individual who can work closely with our Sales Teams to create visually appealing displays and promote our luxury furniture products. Key responsibilities include:





  • Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across stores to drive sales and foot traffic

  • Collaborating with Sales Teams to develop window displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotions that engage customers

  • Assisting in the movement and arrangement of furniture within the showroom to optimize the shopping experience

  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results



About You

We're looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser with experience in the furniture or home décor industry. The ideal candidate will possess:





  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics

  • A valid Australian driver's license and ability to travel to showrooms

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service

  • A high level of attention to detail and creativity
