We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our First Focus ICT Service Centre in a great location. The role involves providing support to one of our largest clients, utilising strong technical skills and customer service abilities.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team, with a range of immediate opportunities available across different levels. You will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Server and Desktop products, managing Active Directory & Exchange access, working with Citrix hosted desktop environments, and configuring and troubleshooting Desktop hardware.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of success in a Helpdesk/Service Desk environment, who possess excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices. A history of outstanding performance in customer service roles is also essential.

  • Experience with ticketing systems, SLA's, and timesheeting;
  • ITIL understanding around best practice IT services, operations, and processes;
  • A history of outstanding performance in customer service roles.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
