The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Travel Advisor to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our corporate travel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel advice and booking support to our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of the travel industry, with a focus on corporate travel. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert travel advice and booking support to clients
  • Manage domestic and international flight reservations, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Ensure all bookings are made in accordance with our clients' travel policies and requirements
  • Provide after-hours support to clients and facilitate all booking/amendment/cancellation requests
  • Collaborate with our clients' teams to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Participate in pre-departure briefings and post-travel debriefs with clients and stakeholders
  • Record all booking actions in our system to maintain accurate historical audit trails
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in corporate travel
  • GDS qualification, with Galileo preferred but Sabre or Amadeus experience considered with Galileo conversion training
  • Experience with IATA fares and ticketing is a distinct advantage
  • Diploma, advanced certificate, or certificate IV in travel and tourism, or equivalent travel industry work experience
  • Operational experience using a GDS to make reservations, monitor and action queues, interpret fare rules, and maintain booking file notes
  • Experience in advisory or consultative roles, including providing travel advice across domestic and international destinations and products
  • Experience with online booking tools and passport, visa, and eVisa requirements
