About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dogger/Rigger to join our team in Mount Gambier, SA. The successful candidate will have a Construction White Card and a Dogging and Rigging HRW licence with a minimum of 2 years practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Selection, inspection, and preparation of rigging equipment
- Inspection and preparation of loads
- Manoeuvre loads using heavy equipment and manually
- Rigging equipment maintenance
- Interpret plans and set out
- Steel erection
- Small site fabrication tasks
- Crane operation (if appropriately licenced)
- Communicating with the Rigging and Construction team
Requirements
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount.
Selection Process
Applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
