Construction Site Cleaning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction cleaning supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the construction cleaning industry, with a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality results. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of cleaners to complete construction cleaning projects to a high standard
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client requirements
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a cleaning supervisor/team-leader in the construction industry
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold a construction 'White Card' and any other relevant certifications or qualifications
