Be a Key Player in Our Store Team

Take pride in being an integral part of our store team as an Optical Dispenser. This role plays a vital part in shaping the patient journey, and we are seeking individuals with optics experience who can take on this hands-on and customer-focused challenge.

Your key responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, analysing lens types, performing quality control checks, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Some of your main tasks will be:

  • Prescription Analysis Specialist: Use your expertise to interpret prescriptions with precision.
  • Frame Styling Expert: Help customers select ideal lens types for their prescription.
  • Quality Control Assistant: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles.
  • Customer Experience Ambassador: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products.
