Job Summary

This position offers an opportunity to work as an Imaging Specialist in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services across various clinical settings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing radiography and fluoroscopy services using fixed and mobile imaging equipment.
  • Progressing from supervised practice to increasingly independent clinical decision-making as experience develops.
  • Demonstrating competence in hospital information systems.
  • Participating in shift work, weekend, and on-call rosters.
About You

We are seeking professionals committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. To succeed, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography) and Licence to Use Irradiating Apparatus issued by Radiation Health, Queensland.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, engaging effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, service improvement, and supporting the learning of students and junior staff.
