  • We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ARRCS in Alice Springs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents and support the overall well-being of our community.
">Job Description:About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care that is responsive to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced clinicians and support workers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

The ideal candidate will have a firm yet caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a skilled Registered Nurse, preferably in a geriatric or aged care environment.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Full working rights to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements)
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
  • Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Penalty-driven hourly rate of $48.52 per hour ($91,290 - $95,850 per annum)
  • $50,000 annual salary bonus for first 2 years of employment
