About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with project objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement plans to ensure timely and accurate communication of project information.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive engagement, consultation, and issue resolution.
  • Identify potential risks and issues impacting stakeholders or project reputation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and communicate project progress and updates.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in stakeholder management, customer liaison, and communications.
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation.
