We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct occupational therapy assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs
- Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
- Identify barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners to achieve successful outcomes
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and relevant accreditation
- Ability to engage individuals and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
