The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, with a current Practicing Certificate.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Work on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance, develop skills in insurance law and litigation, have regular involvement and direct contact with clients, and appear in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts.

Requirements:

  • Academic qualification in law, with a current VIC Practicing Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years PQE for an Associate and 4 years PQE for a Senior Associate, preferably with experience in litigation.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
