**Recruitment Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Industrial Recruitment Specialist.

**Job Summary**

This role involves managing client relationships, crafting and publishing job advertisements, conducting interviews, site visits, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued clients
- Create engaging job ads and manage the hiring process
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Conduct regular site visits and perform WHS checks
- Manage payroll administration and respond to client queries
- Perform general administrative tasks

**Requirements**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet client needs
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong focus on teamwork

Previous experience is highly regarded but not essential for this role.
