Project Test Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Test Analyst to contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise-level CRM systems.

This role involves facilitating the implementation and enhancement of these systems, leveraging strong system and user testing skills to ensure seamless transitions and optimal system performance.

A key responsibility is to showcase expertise in database design and configuration, process automation, process mapping, data modeling, and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful CRM projects, with a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the implementation and enhancement of enterprise-level CRM systems
  • Leveraging strong system and user testing skills, including the ability to craft testing scripts and efficiently manage test rounds throughout the project lifecycle
  • Showcasing expertise in database design and configuration, process automation, process mapping, data modeling, and conversions
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of data understanding, presenting findings, and negotiating outcomes
  • Driving and overseeing change across people, processes, and platforms to ensure seamless transitions and optimal system performance
  • Demonstrating self-motivation, attention to detail, and a go-getter mentality with highly effective planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Cultivating positive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, and team members to influence change and drive successful outcomes
  • Maintaining composure under pressure, upholding an outcome-focused approach, and adapting seamlessly to the evolving nature of projects
