Early Childhood Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and secure environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role or in a management role.
  • Can work Full time and flexible in shifts.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Good knowledge regarding the 11-child safe standards and child protection
  • Budget and financial accountability experience (including Labour cost experience)
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and valid Working with Children check for VIC state.
