Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers across the region, you will provide exceptional product support and perform repairs and maintenance to ensure they get the most from their equipment.

Your role will involve working autonomously to diagnose and repair complex issues, utilizing your excellent technical skills and knowledge of Caterpillar products. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing them with prompt and effective solutions to their problems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety. If you have a certificate in Mobile Plant Technology and proven experience or industry exposure, we want to hear from you

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
  • Proven experience or industry exposure
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
