Warehouse Operations Assistant

The primary function of this role is to assist in the efficient management and maintenance of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to move and stack materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime.
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, accurately recording inventory levels and discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse space, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a warehouse assistant or similar role, preferably with forklift operation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of forklift experience, with a valid forklift license.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
