Salesforce Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Kelsian Group. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Adelaide, offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, including user management, data security, system performance, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and handle complex integration requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- System Maintenance & Administration:
- Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security to maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
- Assist with Salesforce major release cycles and manage installed applications and package releases.
- Contribute to CRM team change reviews, enhancing governance and best practice standards.
- Administer Salesforce Platform deployments, automation, and utilise CI/CD tools (e.g., SFDX, GitHub, Bitbucket, Gearset).
- Customisation & Configuration:
- Customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Optimise the system for performance, usability, and alignment with business processes.
- Develop and maintain Lightning components, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Implement and maintain automation processes such as flows to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Manage bulk data queries, creation, and update requests to ensure data accuracy.
- Support production issues and requests by creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist the business in developing insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Data Integration & Development:
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other operating systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and handle complex integration requirements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends to remain ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Support:
- Work with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise platform adoption and efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and training materials.
What We're Looking For
We require a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, Advanced Administrator).
- Salesforce administration experience, preferably with a focus on customisation and configuration.
- Proficiency with workflows, automation, and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies is highly regarded.
