Position Overview:
Role: Educator
Employment Type: Full-Time (Fixed-term contract with potential for extension)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, above the industry standard, plus superannuation and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Educator at Goodstart, you will play a crucial role in our educational team, collaborating with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and implement outstanding learning programs tailored to the needs of our children. Your commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment will be essential in helping every child flourish and feel valued in their educational journey.

Qualifications Required:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognized by ACECQA)
* Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Valid Working with Children Check in Victoria
