Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Event Photography Specialist to join our team. As an Event Photography Specialist, you will be responsible for operating photo booths, capturing high-quality content, and providing exceptional customer service at events.

About the Role

  • Collect and deliver equipment onsite, ensuring timely setup and takedown
  • Proactively engage with event attendees, creating a memorable experience
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos using DSLR or iPad photography/videography
  • Liaise with clients, communicating professionally and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Provide post-event reporting, highlighting key moments and statistics

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in AV, production, or event management, with a focus on technical aspects
  • 1+ years consumer-facing experience, such as retail, promotions, hospitality, or events
  • Professional or hobby experience with a DSLR camera, with a preference for video/audio experience
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly and understand technical workflows
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage stressful situations positively
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
