Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant Trainee.

As part of this exciting role, you will assist senior staff members and work towards achieving a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism qualification.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documents and itineraries
  • Booking domestic flights and accommodations
  • Managing group booking spreadsheets
  • Providing excellent phone support and assisting senior staff

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills, be well-presented and punctual, energetic and creative, with a commitment to completing the traineeship.

Essential Requirements
  • Nationally recognised Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
