Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 10 Team Leaders, 5 Team Members, and 5 Apprentices, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Operational Management: Oversee on-site activities, develop and implement safe work practices, and foster a culture of safety within the team.
- Performance Management: Participate in performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
- WHS Management: Proactively raise WHS issues, conduct regular inspections, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Communication: Actively participate in scheduled toolbox meetings, discuss safety updates, share insights, and address concerns.
- Certification: Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Validations: Valid White Card, Valid Working With Children Check, and Valid Drivers' license.
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Commitment: Strong commitment to safe work practices and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
