About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our Clarence Gardens team as the Site Financial Controller. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting services for the site.

You will be actively involved with all departments across the site, driving improvements to cost and efficiency, providing financial analysis and advice to the Site Leadership Team, and acting as a co-pilot to the Site Manager in driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing Site Financial Results on a monthly basis
  • Preparing weekly KPIs
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions

To succeed in this role, you must have good organisational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience working within a Manufacturing business is preferred.
