Job Title

An experienced Mechanical Fluid Lead is sought to lead a team of analysts and provide recommendations for improved operational efficiency and extended asset lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide actionable recommendations for operational improvement based on customer fluid sample results analysis.
  • Oversee a direct report team, including mechanical fluid analysts and administrative staff.
  • Offer leadership and guidance to the admin team, ensuring excellent customer support.
  • Coach, train, and distribute tasks to team members, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding analysis reports, providing timely and accurate responses.
Requirements for Success:
  • Education: Mechanical trade certificate with at least 5 years of post-trade experience.
  • Computer literacy: Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, previous experience with CAT systems, and high level of attention to detail.
  • Skills: Demonstrated customer service experience, ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously, and previous experience in machine maintenance and reliability.
