We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our team at the Twin Willows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including providing high levels of customer service, general cleaning duties, and providing bar service and food service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to our guests
  • Performing general cleaning duties as required
  • Providing bar service and food service to our guests
  • Maintaining poker machines and handling cash transactions
  • Resolving gaming floor enquiries in a timely and professional manner

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of RSA and RCG
