The OpportunityWe're seeking a qualified and experienced baker to join our team at our Maroochydore store. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, working closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain our consistent standards, and following our established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
About the Role- Produce a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and sweets, to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our production goals.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Be flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- You'll have a positive attitude, a passion for baking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- You'll be a team player, able to work effectively with others to achieve our goals.
- You'll be reliable, organized, and a good communicator, with a focus on supporting your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll be open to learning and development opportunities, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business.
